BID PROPOSAL FOR ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF SHELTERS AND BENCHES MCCRACKEN COUNTY FISCAL COURT Date: 3-8-2024 Bid # MC -2024-1 The McCracken County Fiscal Court is seeking bid proposals for the installation of 3 open gable shelters and 3 benches at 455 County Park Road. Bidder Contact Information Name: Company Name: Company Address: Phone #: Email Address: Contact Person: GENERAL INFORMATION 1) PROJECT SUMMARY/SCOPE OF WORK Provide all necessary materials and labor to install two 10’ x 10’ open gable two column structure and one 12’x 12’ open gable two column structure, and install three thermo coated 6’ benches. 2) SPECIFICATIONS a) Pour two rebar reinforced monolythic slabs. Slab for 12’ x 12’ structure exist. b) Assembly and installation of two 10’ x 10’ open gable two column structure with eaves and one 12’x 12’ open gable two column structure with eaves. i) Medium bronze 4:12 pitch roof. ii) Designed for standard 30 PSF live load & 90 MPH wind speed. iii) Silk Gray Powder coated steel frame. iv) Zinc plated fasteners. v) Tubular steel frame utilizes hidden bolts & fasteners where possible. c) Assembly and installation of three 6’ metal benches. Benches shall have vertical slats and be thermo coated black. Surface mounting included. i) Seats: Seat dimension are approximately 18” x 20” x 72”. 12 gauge die formed flat steel plate with laser cut design. ii) All stainless steel hardware fasteners. iii) 5 year warranty on thermoplastic coated elements. d) Freight included. e) Engineered drawings included. In determining best bid, in addition to price, the McCracken County Fiscal Court may consider: 1. Quality of materials listed in proposal and if they will meet or exceed established standards of quality set in specifications. 30% 2.
