1. Service Description

GovBids Pro ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates publicly available government procurement data and provides search, alerting, and export functionality.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute scraped data in bulk without permission
• Attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Data Accuracy

Government bid data is sourced from public websites. While we strive for accuracy, GovBids Pro does not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all listings. Always verify critical information on the originating government website.

6. Limitation of Liability

GovBids Pro is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed bids, inaccurate data, or damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
