All conditions not specifically referenced here shall remain the same. TOTAL PAGES IN THIS ADDENDUM (including attachments): 3 Roseville City School District Request for Qualifications To Provide Progressive Design-Build Services PR-92 School Project ADDENDUM NO. 1 PART A - RESPONSE AND CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS 1.1 The deadline for submitting written questions and submissions in response to the RFQ have not changed. Written questions are due on July 9, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. via email to Michael Flores at Michaelf@capitalpm.com. Submissions in response to the RFQ are due on July 23, 2026. 1.2 Please refer to Section VII. Standard Template for Statement of Qualifications. This quantity has been increased to one (1) signed original and six (6) copies, each in three ring binders, and two (2) PDF files in electronic form. PART B – RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS 1. Question: Appendix B defines a "Member" as individuals or entities identified as members of the design-build team, including the general contractor and, if utilized in the design of the project, all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors. In reviewing Appendix B requirements, this definition of a member appears only to apply to the General Contractor and any Design-Build Subcontractors that are a part of the design-build team. Please confirm that the term "Member" only applies to the General Contractor and any Design-Build Subcontractors that are a part of the design-build team. Response: The term “Member” applies to both the AOR/Design Team and the General Contractor. 2. Question: Exhibits A-1 & A-2 note to list completed projects. Is it acceptable to list projects that are currently in progress? Response: Submission must include a minimum of three (3) completed projects, but may also include up to 3 additional projects that are currently under construction and are scheduled to be completed within the next 12 months. 3.
