Description

The City of Roseville (City) is soliciting construction services proposals for the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP) Primary Sedimentation Basin Rehabilitation Project. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested, are encouraged to participate. The DCWWTP primary treatment process includes sedimentation basins commissioned in 1991. On April 1, 2025, the City retained a consultant to assess the condition of one of the four basin trains (see attached). This project aims to rehabilitate the 220-foot-long section of the primary sedimentation basin, comprised of four trains. The objective of this project is to extend service life, restore watertightness, mitigate corrosion and structural degradation, and minimize the risk of unplanned failures.
