Description of Project: The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for On-Call Construction Resident Engineer and Inspection Services for a period of three years with an option of two one-year extension(s). The City may select up to five (5) Consultants. City and the selected Consultant(s) will execute a master professional services agreement covering the period. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities, that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. Task agreements may be issued from this Master Agreement for locally funded, State funded, and/or federally funded by the Federal Highway Administration (“FWHA”) or Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”) projects.
