PETTY CASH PURCHASES Administration - Departments as designated in Attachment A shall have access to a Petty Cash fund. The Department of Administration and Finance shall be responsible for the oversight/administration and auditing of each fund. The department head or his/her designee shall be the custodian of the fund(s). These accounts shall be used for the purchase of items essential to daily operation. Accounts shall be replenished as needed upon submittal to PHA Department of Administration
