Artesia Blvd. Compton, CA 90221 DATE: June 23, 2022 TO: All Bidders PROJECT: RFP CCC-071 Architectural Services for Student Housing SUBJECT: ADDENDUM #3 The following changes, omissions, and/or additions to the RFP CCC-071 Documents shall apply to bids made for and to the execution of the various parts of the work affected thereby, and all other conditions shall remain the same. Careful note of the Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest so that the proper allowances may be made in strict accordance with the Addendum. Respondent shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the bid documents. Failure to do so may subject Respondent to disqualification. 1. Gensler Sub-Consultants. Consistent with the District’s determination that Gensler’s prior planning and design services for the Project precludes Gensler’s participation in the RFP for selection of the Architect for the Project, the District has determined that sub-consultants to Gensler who provided any services to Gensler in connection with Gensler’s planning or design of the Project are similarly precluded from further participating in the Project. Respondents submitting a Response to this RFP must affirmatively confirm that the Respondent verified that the proposed Design Consultant did not serve as a sub-consultant to Gensler in connection with planning or design of the Project. Failure of a Respondent to confirm that the Respondent has verified a proposed Design Consultant has not served as a sub-consultant to Gensler for planning or design of the Project or if a Respondent proposes a Design Consultant who the District determines served as a sub-consultant to Gensler for planning or design of the Project will result in rejection of the Respondent’s RFP Response for non-responsiveness. 2. Revised Form of Proposal. A revised Proposal (RFP Attachment 3) form dated June 23, 2022 is issued with this Addendum #3 as an Attachment. Proposals which are not submitted on the revised Proposal form will be rejected for non-responsiveness. 3. Submittal of Proposal as Tab 9. Paragraph 4.5. RFP Contents of the RFP is amended by the addition of Paragraph 4.5.12 below: 4.5.12. Tab 9; Addendum #3 Revised Proposal Form. The completed and executed Revised Proposal form (RFP Attachment 3) issued with Addendum #3 shall be submitted in Tab 9 of the RFP Response. 4. No Other Amendments.
