The World Tableware Inc products, 141030, 141001, 141004, requested quantities in dozen and they come in cases of 3 dozen. I just want to confirm your number is dozen and not case? A1. Please change the quantities for each to the following: 141030-Quantity should be changed to 20 for a total of 760 each 141001-Quantity should be changed to 20 for a total of 760 each 141004-Quantity should be changed to 20 for a total of 760 each Q2. The Darling Food Service Products brand is proprietary to another company. We will be matching the products with another manufacturer of equal or better quality. A2. The brand provided identifies the quality of the product that is being requested. The bid is issued as equivalent or equal. Please provide product literature that provides information that identifies that it meets or exceeds the product identified. Q3. In general, do you want us to stick with the brands that are requested, or are you going to go with the cheapest priced products for those lines? A3. The solicitation is a Request for Bid. The lowest priced bidder will be awarded as long as the products meet or exceed the product identified.
