ADDENDUM NO. 1 Design-Build RFQ #26-2 Alhambra High School Upper Field, Track and Tennis Court Project Martinez Unified School District Martinez, California October 1, 2025 This addendum shall supersede all previously issued specifications, addenda, and drawings wherein this addendum contradicts previously issued documents. All other conditions remain unchanged. The following changes, modifications, corrections, clarifications, and / or additions as set forth herein shall apply to the above documents and shall be made a part thereof and shall be subject to all the requirements thereof as though originally specified and / or shown. QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS: 1.01 Can you provide a scoring matrix for the Statement of Qualifications used to determine the short list of respondents moving on to the RFP phase? Please refer to the Evaluation section of the RFQ. 1.02 Does the scope of work include lighting, bleachers, concessions, and/or scoreboard? No 1.03 Is there any flexibility in the estimated budget? This is the current budget allocated for this project. 1.04 When is this project expected to start date for construction? June 2026.
