WWTP Primary Clarifier Drive Unit Replacement

Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s WWTP PRIMARY CLARIFIER DRIVE UNIT REPLACEMENT project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes removal of the existing primary clarifier drive unit, furnishing, installation and place in satisfactory operating condition of the new drive unit, assemblies and appurtenances with the City’s wastewater treatment plant. This project is estimated at $224,000.00 The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on
