SWR Dartford Air-Vac Repairs

Description

SCOPE OF WORK: Repair four (4) sewer force main locations at air-vac assemblies within existing manhole structures. There are two 16” diameter sewer force mains running parallel to each other that alternate carrying flow from a lift station on Dartford Dr. The force mains have air-vac assemblies along the route. The connection points for the air-vac assemblies onto the force mains are deteriorating and need to be repaired. The repairs are to be completed by disassembling the existing manhole structures and air-vac assemblies, removing the existing PVC pipe through the manhole and replacing it with ductile iron pipe, then reassembling the air-vac assemblies and manhole structures with the existing materials. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $150,000.00 plus tax. In submitting a bid, you are registered with Spokane County for the Small Works Roster in accordance with R.C.W. 39.04.155.
