REQUEST FOR BIDS Town of Wake Forest Wayfinding Project – Phase II Bid #0001-FY27-Streets Sealed Bids to be Received Until: Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 2:00pm NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Wake Forest, North Carolina at Wake Forest Town Hall, Meeting Room A&B, 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587 until 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 for the following: Bid #0001-FY27-Streets Town of Wake Forest Wayfinding Project – Phase II No pre-bid conference will be held for this bid. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by clicking on the above Bid # and Name. The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award as deemed in the best interest of the Town of Wake Forest. Instructions to Bidders 1. Submittal All bids must be submitted by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 2:00pm to the Town of Wake Forest, 301 S. Brooks Street, Meeting Rooms A&B, Wake Forest, NC 27587. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: Bid #0001-FY27-Streets – Town of Wake Forest Wayfinding Project Phase II. Any bids that need to be submitted early can be submitted to Hollie Aldridge, Purchasing Supervisor, 234 Friendship Chapel Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587 until 11:00am on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. After this time, they must be submitted at the 301 S. Brooks Street address stated above. 2. PREBID MEETING There will be no pre-bid meeting. 3. USE OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS These Bidding Documents are to be used only for the purpose of understanding this bid and consideration toward submitting a proposal. They may not be used for any other purpose. 4. SPECIFICATIONS The Specifications are intended to describe the complete project including all materials, processes, equipment, etc. Bidders are expected to carefully examine the Contract Documents, visit the site of the proposed construction, and determine the availability of materials and method required, in order to become thoroughly familiar with the project, the requirements, and to include the cost thereof in the proposal.
