Any legal proceedings against the University regarding this request for proposal or any resultant contract shall be brought in the Arkansas State Claims Commission. Any legal proceedings against vendor shall be brought in the State of Arkansas administrative or judicial forums. Venue will be Craighead County, Arkansas or the Eastern District of Arkansas, Jonesboro Division. 50.2 Public Disclosure Failure to make any disclosure required by Governor’s Executive Order 98-04, or any violation of any rule, regulation, or policy adopted pursuant to that Order, shall be a material breach of the terms of this contract. Any vendor, whether an individual or entity, who fails to make the required disclosure or who violates any rule, regulation, or policy shall be subject to all legal remedies available to the agency. 50.3 Ethical Standards Law As an agency of the State of Arkansas, the University is bound by and will comply and require compliance with the “Ethics in Public Contracting Laws” found in Arkansas Code Annotated (ACA), Section § 19-11-701 et seq.
