Engineer's Estimate : $120,000.00 Project Description: Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, fuel, permits, and miscellaneous parts as needed for the surface cleaning and rehabilitation of the Storm Lake Ridge Reservoir to eliminate visible leakage from the concrete structure and improve its condition. Construction shall be performed while maintaining service from the existing reservoir. The location of the work is at 20802 72 nd Pl. SE, Snohomish, in Snohomish County, Washington. Bidder Restrictions: Contractors must be registered on the District’s Small Works Roster in the category “Water Facility Painting and Clearning” at the time of bidding. Contractors not currently registered must submit a Small Works Roster application prior to bid opening or include the application with their bid submission.
