Bids will be received in the office of the Superintendent, 300 Simmons Street, Opelika, AL, until 10:00 a.m. CST. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at which time bids will be opened and read. Equipment/Vehicles will be available for inspection at 1521 Hooper Avenue, Opelika, AL, on the dates/times listed below. All times are CST. Monday, November 17, 2025, 8:00-10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 12:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. & 2:00-4:00 p.m. Bid packet may be obtained at the Opelika City Board of Education, 300 Simmons Street, Opelika, AL, or on the website www.opelikaschools.org. Payment: Payments will be received on November 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CST. After that time, the next highest bidder will be contacted. All surplus items must be paid for using exact cash or a certified check.
