LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID The City of Cullman, Alabama, will receive sealed bids for the Supply and Delivery of On-Road Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 204 2nd Avenue NE, Cullman, Alabama 35055, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Scope: Supply and delivery of on-road Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) meeting ASTM D975 Grade No. 2-D S15, containing 15 ppm or less sulfur, free of water, sediment, and contaminants, and in compliance with EPA regulations. Deliveries by fuel tanker truck in loads of approximately 6,000 gallons or more into City tanks at 925 Convent Road NE, Cullman, Alabama 35055. Estimated annual volume: 100,000 gallons. Three-year term. Pricing based on a fixed margin over the Birmingham, Alabama OPIS rack average.
