The City of Lynnwood has prepared this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking an experienced and qualified architectural/engineering consulting team to provide the following professional services (Services): site investigation and analysis, preliminary design, engineering/construction documentation, cost estimating, and grant support for the Scriber Lake Park Boardwalk Trail Design Services (Project). Services will be provided as a multi-phase project; other services and/or future phases may include permitting, environmental review, bid support, and construction administration.No pre-submittal conference will held. Scriber Lake Park is located at 5601 198th St SW, Lynnwood, 98036 and is open to the public from dawn until dusk. Vehicle access to the park is via 198th Street SW to the parking lot located in the southwest corner of the park.
