INVITATION TO BID CITY OF EDMONDS Sealed bids will be received at the office of ENGINEERING at 121 Fifth Avenue North, Edmonds, Washington, until 2:00 PM, August 13, 2026, for the construction of the Yost and Seaview Reservoirs Repairs and Upgrades the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for this project. This project involves of repairs and rehabilitation of the existing Yost and Seaview reservoirs and improvements to the areas surrounding each reservoir. The reservoir improvements include structural retrofits, updates to reservoir appurtenances, repairs to cracks and joints in the reservoir structure, and replacement of the inlet piping. Improvements to the surrounding sites include site drainage, ADA accessibility updates, and replacement of valves, piping and appurtenances outside the reservoir structure. The sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:15 p.m. on August 13, 2026, in the Fourtner Room, 121 Fifth Avenue North, Edmonds.
