GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION The project involves the construction of 8’-tall ornamental steel tubing fencing and gates along the frontage of Sam Brannan Park. Additional OPTIONAL work may include: Removal of chain link fencing along UPRR corridor, and replacement with 8’-tall ornamental steel tubing fencing Installation of 8’-tall ornamental steel tubing fencing along the north side of the access road to the Sam Brannan Water Storage Facility Installation of chain link fencing and gates to create enclosed areas for a dog park Removal and replacement of the perimeter chain link fencing, and gates associated with the tennis and pickleball courts.
