The Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional engineering services for the assessment, planning, design, bidding, and construction support associated with the replacement and upgrade of the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems serving the City of Yuba City Wastewater Treatment Facility Laboratory. The work will include evaluation of the existing HVAC systems and related building conditions; investigation of known temperature-control, airflow, ventilation, moisture, and leakage issues; development and comparison of feasible improvement alternatives; preparation of plans, specifications, calculations, and construction cost estimates; bidding assistance; and engineering support during construction.
