The City of Ridgefield is accepting sealed bids for P21026-1 S Royle Rd, S 15th Street to S 5th Way to be received no later than Tuesday, August 1, 2023, 2023 at 4 p.m.The City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment and materials for the improvement of Royle Road from approximately 460 LF north of S 15th Street north to the Legacy Town Center entrance. This project constructs roadway including excavation, embankment construction, paving with HMA and concrete, curb, sidewalk, stormwater collection/conveyance/treatment, water main, signing, striping, illumination, landscape improvements, retaining walls, joint utility trench. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.The Work shall be fully complete within 266 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.Bid packages may be viewed and downloaded via the City’s e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa.
