Quotes or proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. May 31, 2023 at Fruitvale ISD business office 244 VZCR 1910 Fruitvale, TX 75127 or by email to bainr@fruitvaleisd.com. If you would like to come out and walk the facility please email Rebecca Bain or call at 93-896-1191. The envelope containing your quote should be marked: Proposal for Gym Bleachers and/or floors Attention: Rebecca Bain The district reserves the right to discuss the contents of such initial quotes in order to obtain the best offer which will meet the district’s needs. The board of trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
