It is the intent of City of Fulshear (hereinafter known as “City”) to solicit proposals from reputable vendors for Competitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals or CSP”) for selection of qualified Contractors (“Respondent”) to provide the Construction of Primrose Park Phase III to the City of Fulshear in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth herein. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code §252.042 Competitive Sealed Proposal Method.
