Letters of interest with qualifications packages will be accepted by Transylvania County on or before 4:00 PM, June 25, 2025. Qualifications packages shall be delivered or mailed to Transylvania County 101 S Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712. Clearly label your package as TC Schools CM at Risk. The project will consist of the following: 1. BREVARD HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION PROJECT PHASE 1: Renovations include but not limited to; window replacements, masonry restoration, vestibule design and construction, roof replacements. 2. BREVARD HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION PROJECT PHASE 2: Renovations include but not limited to; window replacements, masonry restoration, HVAC replacements, conversions and upfit, plumbing upfit, electrical upfit, roof replacements. 3. BREVARD AREA RENOVATIONS (BREVARD MIDDLE SCHOOL, BREVARD ELEMENTARY, PISGAH FOREST ELEMENTARY, DAVIDSON RIVER SCHOOL) Renovations include but noy limited to; window replacements, masonry restoration, vestibule design and construction, roof replacements, HVAC replacement, conversions, upfit, plumbing upfit, electrical upfit, exterior drainage, exterior building restorations. 4. ROSMAN AREA RENOVATIONS (ROSMAN ELEMENTARY, ROSMAN MIDDLE & HIGH, TC HENDERSON) Renovations include but not limited to; window replacements, masonry restoration, vestibule design and construction, roof replacements, HVAC replacement, conversions, upfit, plumbing upfit, electrical upfit, exterior drainage, exterior building restorations.
