LINCOLN COUNTY RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AIRPORT HANGARS SITE PREPARATION PHASE II Lincoln County is soliciting Formal Sealed Bids for RFB 2026-1027 AIRPORT HANGARS SITE PREPARATION PHASE II from qualified contractors to perform site preparation work as required by the Contract Documents. LINCOLNTON, NC 28092 Phone: 704-736-8478 E-mail: 1400 hrs., Tuesday, October 27, 2026 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled on the outer most package “RFB 2026-1027 AIRPORT HANGARS SITE PREPARATION - PHASE II”. The inside and outside package shall include the Contractor’s name, address, and license number. The public opening and reading aloud of the bids will be at 1400 hours local time on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 353 N. Generals Blvd. in Lincolnton, NC 28092. A pre-bid meeting to permit the Bidders to examine the project site, existing equipment installations and adjacent areas was held at 1400 hours local time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in the Conference Room of the Airport Terminal Building, Lincoln County Regional Airport, 714 Jack Dellinger Drive, Iron Station, NC 28080 and via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory.
