The City of Corvallis will receive sealed proposals for On-Call Inspection & Plan Review Services for the City’s Development Services Division. Proposals shall demonstrate the proposer’s knowledge, understanding, and experience with construction practices, architectural principles, and the concepts of structural, mechanical, fire and life-safety, hazardous materials, and civil engineering practices. The outcome of this effort will result in the City contracting out certain projects for inspection and/or plan review on an as-needed basis. This is to allow the City to keep the Division’s workflow going when City staff resources are at or near capacity.
