The City of Corvallis, Oregon (the “City”) will receive mandatory prequalification applications for construction of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Park Enhancement Project prior to issuance of the Invitation to Bid for the project. M andatory prequalification of bidders is required for this project. A bid will not be received or considered from any person that has not been prequalified by the City for the class of work identified below. CLASS OF WORK FOR PREQUALIFICATION.
