Scope of Work: GENERAL: Henderson County requests proposals to provide a turnkey project inclusive of all but not limited to: o o o o o o o o Labor and materials, Taxes on materials and labor Supervision All generator and equipment rental Barricading the work area Dust protection Permits and inspections Disposal fees This includes the entire scope of work to renovate the Spearman building restrooms on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College, including but not limited to: demolition, plumbing, electrical, ceiling grid and ceiling tiles, painting, epoxy floor, stall and urinal partitions, countertops, sheetrock, concrete and construction cleaning.
