The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department (City) has prepared this Request for Proposal (RFP) to retain an experienced and qualified engineering consulting firm to provide Engineering Services (Services) for the 44th Ave W I-5 Underpass Improvements Project (Project). The project includes non-motorized improvements and gateway improvements. This Project has federal funding for both design and construction phases and has a mandatory 16% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. Submittal of a DBE Plan and Good Faith Effort documentation is required to commencing work.
