(Example India or Canada) Answer 1 Only if they have a W-8 and a US mailing address for billing. Question 2 Would we need to come over there for meetings? Answer 2 No Question 3 Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? (Like, from India or Canada) Answer 3 Yes. Live proctoring and system support staff will need strong American-English speakers and/or writers depending on the interaction method. Question 4 Can we submit the proposals via email Answer 4 No. Proposals must be mailed and received before 10 am on Correction – 11/13 and not 11/10.
