A Term contract will be awarded to a single supplier. B. 1.3 The term of the agreement shall be for two (2) years, beginning on or before November 2022 and ending December 2024 subject to annual renewals for an additional five (5) years, for a total contract period of seven (7) years, unless termination procedures are followed as described herein.
