INTRODUCTION This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Northwest Arkansas Community College (hereinafter referred to as “NWACC”) seeking proposals from experienced and qualified compensation firms (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) to conduct a comprehensive compensation/salary survey and analysis for each type of position at the College and provide professional consultation on addressing salary inequities and compression. Arkansas entities are required to follow the state appropriations act and the Higher Education Uniform Classification and Compensation Act (AR Code § 21-5-1405 (2017)).
