As noted in the General Contractor Pre-qualification RFQ, the designer/architect has not yet completed the plans; therefore, 1am unable to provide a qualified construction estimate at this time. My unqualified estimate is $3 -$4 million. This is obviously subject to change. 2.) Current plans are to have pre-qualified general contractors approved at the July 13, 2026, meeting of the Lake Shore Hospital Authority. The next day after general contractor approval, bid packages will be mailed. The Authority will defer to the designer/architect for suggested bid response times and construction start/finish dates and times.
