ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Panama City, Florida PC26-037 SRF Area P-12 Improvements General Notice City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: PC26-037 SRF Area P-12 Improvements Black and Veatch Project No. 414877 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until Friday, November 6, 2026, at 11:00 am Central Time. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. The Project includes the following Work: The project involves the replacement of approximately 15,916 linear feet of road, 15,216 linear feet of water line, 4,705 linear feet of sewer line, and 7,731 linear feet of sewer lining. This project is located in the Cove neighborhood of Panama City and involves work along E. Beach DR., Harmon Ave., Cone Ave., Wilson Ave., Allen Ave., Linda Ave., Hamilton Ave., N. Cove Blvd., N Macarthur Ave., E. 2nd Ct., E. 2nd Pl., E 2nd St., E 3rd St., and E. 2nd Plz. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11:00 pm Central Time in the City Hall, Lower Level Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing or in person at City of Panama City Purchasing Division, Room 238, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, Phone number 850-691-4902. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. Addenda, if any will be emailed to plan holders and will be available in a PDF format on the Bonfire Portal: https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities and the City of Panama City's website: https://www.panamacity.gov/bids.aspx. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this Invitation to Bid. The City is not responsible for any delayed, late, lost, misdelivered, or non-delivered Bids, no matter the cause.
