The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals to establish approved vendor master agreements with qualified vendors to provide staff augmentation and resource capacity services to state agencies on an as-needed basis. The scope encompasses a broad catalog of services, technical, and operational labor roles; including IT services, project management, accessibility engineers, and specialized support that agencies can leverage to supplement internal resources for the State of Wyoming,Department of Enterprise Technology Services (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on November 12, 2026. The technical proposal, Section 9 Vendor Verification Signature Page and Pricing and Delivery Schedule (Attachment C) should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such.
