Digital Communication Platform

Description

The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing an enterprise-level digital communication platform suitable for deployment and management at the state level by the Department of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) to be offered as a service to various Wyoming state agencies through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on October 29, 2026. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. The technical proposal must include the Attachment A: IT Requirements, which should be fully filled out. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on October 13, 2026.
