CITY OF MALDEN REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Malden’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD) is seeking qualified contractors for its Lead Hazard Control/Healthy Homes Program, Healthy Homes Production Program, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program. These programs are funded by federal grants. Full RFQ and application documents will be available by email request at starting on Monday, November 3, 2025. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis for as long as funds are available for these or similar grants that the City receives. Contractors who meet the minimum standards will be prequalified to submit quotes for rehabilitation work.
