Administration of CDBG Programs and Activities

Description

The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator, hereby requests the submittal of proposals from qualified professional firms, agencies, organizations, and municipalities for the following: ADMINISTRATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PROGRAM YEAR 2026 in accordance with the specifications set forth within the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. Funds have been budgeted for these services in the amount not to exceed $20,391 for the provision of Public Services (such as food security program, childcare, or housing counselling), $118,830 for public facility improvements, and $60,847 affordable housing.  The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents may be obtained by contacting the Town of Yarmouth, Affordable Housing/CDBG Office, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, or 508-398-2231 x1275 starting on September 28, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.  Proposals should be submitted in the required format(s) and received at the Affordable Housing/CDBG Office, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 26, 2026.
