This Request for Proposals ("RFP") outlines the requirements for your proposal.This RFP is a competitive proposal process whereby GSF may award contracts to one or more PON network system vendors. All proposals will be reviewed and scored according to the requirements outlined in this RFP.This is a public process designed to provide transparency into the contract process.
