NOTICE INVITING BIDS – The City of Chico will receive sealed bids at 965 Fir Street, Chico, CA ATTN: Public Works O&M, until 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)on July 28, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read. Once the results have been determined by staff, bid results will be posted and may be obtained on the Public Purchase website under Bid # “2026 FTC Audio/Video System Upgrade.” DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT – The City of Chico (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed Audio/Visual (A/V) contractors to provide a comprehensive, turnkey upgrade of the A/V system at the Fire Training Center. The Contractor shall provide all necessary permits, labor, materials and required equipment to complete said work. The term of the Contract shall be 120 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
