LaGrange Active Life Center LED Pickleball Lighting System (+2 Existing Courts) - RFP (10/18/2024) 140 Ragland Street, LaGrange, Ga 30240 LED Pickleball Lighting System Proposal (Scope of Work): • • Court Lighting Level = Minimum 30FC average. Per the Site Plan Provided (+2 Existing Pickleball Courts). • Provide and install all required/necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, machinery, etc. for a complete LED Pickleball Lighting System installation, per the scope of work. • Submit a complete LED Pickleball Lighting System design layout to include the location of all light poles, underground electrical circuitry, and electrical components [meter base(s), disconnect(s), breaker panel(s), controls, enclosures, cabinets, etc.], for review and approval. • Submit a photometric design layout for review and approval. • All LED Lighting (Bronze in Color), submit product information for review and approval, as detailed in the photometric design/layout. • 25’ Tall Poles (Bronze in Color), submit product information for review and approval, as detailed in the photometric design/layout. • Provide and install a “Timer Switch” with automatic cut-off at 11:00pm, submit product information for review and approval. • • Final lighting, aiming, and court adjustments; prior to acceptance. Provide all required permitting and engineering. Submit 811 utility locates, as required. • Provide and install all electrical components [meter base(s), disconnect(s), breaker panel(s), controls, enclosures, cabinets, etc.], as required for a complete LED Pickleball Lighting System installation. • Provide and install all underground electrical circuitry to poles, as required for a complete lighting system installation. • Provide all commissioning and training for the system. • Minimize lighting spill-over to adjacent properties, demonstrate on the photometric design layout. • Minimize lighting glare for the players, spectators, and neighbors. • All work shall be coordinated with Troup County Staff. • UL Listed equipment/electronics. • Comply with all applicable Building Codes, Electrical Codes, and Fire Life Safety Codes. • Structural code and wind speed = 2018 IBC, 110 mi/h, and exposure: C, Importance Factor 3. • Provide a copy of all manufacturer’s product warranties and the contractor’s written warranty covering all labor, installation, and workmanship.
