The City of Ridgefield is accepting sealed bids for P21004 Overlook Park Improvements to be received no later than Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.The City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, materials for the construction of the Overlook Park Splash Pad located at 113-131 S Main Ave as shown in the Overlook Park Splash Pad plans. All related work must be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.The Work shall be fully complete within 120 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.Notice to Proceed will be issued following Department of Health permit approval, and the date given is approximate.Bid packages may be viewed and downloaded via the City’s e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa.
