This contract provides for floodplain improvements along the left bank of the Puyallup River between River Mile 26.3 to 26.8 and includes the construction of up to (36) Engineered Log Jams (ELJs) consisting of (2) different ELJ types and associated work (a third ELJ type may be necessary if minimum pile embedment depths cannot be achieved through pile driving).
