(“RFP”). Non-professional services include services which are typically physical or manual in nature, examples include: bussing contracts, snow removal, garbage contracts, etc. Construction and public improvement projects are not considered services and are governed by other SDBOR policies.The University Buyer is responsible for managing this process which could include review of bidder’s terms and conditions.A Service Contract is created as a result of the applicable process.
