Office of Procurement September 11, 2026 RE: No Award – RFP# UAPB P224 Protective Security Guard Services To All Respondents: The University of Arkansas Procurement Division has completed its review of the proposal submitted in response to RFP UAPB P224, which was due on August 20, 2026. The University received one (1) proposal in response to this solicitation. Following a comprehensive evaluation of the proposal and subsequent contract negotiations, the parties were unable to reach an agreement on pricing that was determined to be in the best interest of the University. Therefore, no award will be made under this solicitation. Accordingly, this letter serves as formal notification of a No Award determination, and contract negotiations related to this solicitation will not proceed further. The University reserves the right to revise, reissue the solicitation, and intends to rebid this requirement to encourage competitive participation and obtain the best value for the University. The University of Arkansas encourages and values the participation of its vendor community and appreciates the time, effort, and resources invested in responding to this RFP.
