General work description: The City of Mount Vernon Fire Department is seeking to address operational, health/wellness, security, and building system issues at the fire station. The station is needing an additional apparatus bay, sleeping accommodation and office space. In addition the project will provide improvement to health and safety by upgrading HVAC systems, creating clean and dirty areas with a transitional space between them. Other project needs are for a redesigned modern training room and health and fitness space.
