The City of Cleveland Mayor’s Office of Sustainability is leading the effort to develop a climate action plan for Northeast Ohio. In June 2023, Cleveland partnered with the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) to secure a Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) Planning Grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA).
