AHERA 3-Year Inspection and Report

Description

Columbus City Schools is required to complete an AHERA re-inspection every 3 years. The federal regulation that governs this work is 40 CFR Part 763, Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools; Final Rule and Notice as published in the October 30, 1987 Federal Register. The goal of this bid is to keep Columbus City Schools in compliance with this regulation. Details of this bid: This bid is for Phase 2, covering roughly half of the district. Reports are required within 16 weeks of the purchase order date.
