This project will construct a new sidewalk along the east side of Laventure Road, along with stormwater utility improvements and street pavement overlay. Work elements include removal of existing pavement, construction of concrete sidewalk, ADA-compliant crosswalk pedestrian ramps, street asphalt pavement milling/grinding and thin overlay, stormwater utility improvements, adjustments of existing utilities, street striping and channelization, and property edge restoration.
