The City is soliciting bids for the interior restoration of the Heritage Park Water Tower. Work will include the addition of a façade water tank built on the main roof, an ADA access walkway and small deck off the main meeting room. Interior improvements will include a restroom, coffee bar and a second floor added to access the roof and house a rain collection tank for demonstrations.
